Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an event by the National Snooker Expo Limited

The National Snooker Expo Limited reserves the right to cancel any event or any associated function. In the event of such a cancellation, the National Snooker Expo Limited will refund any monies paid, direct to the purchaser, upon proof of purchase.

The National Snooker Expo Limited expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

In the event of cancellation, the National Snooker Expo Limited will use reasonable endeavours to alert those who have booked to attend an event or purchased tickets and details of any cancellation will be posted on the National Snooker Expo Limited website:
http://nationalsnookerexpo.com.

Attendees are responsible for checking this information prior to the event.

Cancellation by those booked to attend an event
Cancellation of attendance of participation by individuals or groups, must be given in writing and received by the National Snooker Expo Limited Office via email at admin@nationalsnookerexpo.com at least 7 days prior to the event in order to be entitled to receive a refund.

Those who fail to attend, cancel their attendance or participation within 7 days of the event, for whatever reason, will not receive a refund. Unless such cancellation has been prescribed by a medical Doctor and evidential prove of diagnosis is forwarded within the due time of cancellation.
